Biography
Upon graduating law school third in her class and being inducted as an official member of the New York State Bar, Samantha has shown her strength in character and has adapted herself as a leader in our firm due to her impeccable work ethic. Her innate intellect and relentless determination augment her natural legal instincts making her a rising star in the profession.
Ms. Rescigno graduated summa cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Law Review and was a University Full Merit Scholarship Recipient. While in law school, she worked as a Legal Extern for the Pace Women’s Justice Center Family Court Legal Program where she operated under a student practice order to assist victims of domestic violence in obtaining temporary orders of protection. Ms. Rescigno was also a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She has been with the firm since April 2017.
Ms. Rescigno also graduated summa cum laude from Pace University, where she received a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a double minor in Psychology and Sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys studying psychoanalysis so that she can be a well-rounded advocate for her clients during their time of need.
